Nestled within a garden oasis, Villa Micro explores a super retina world on the island of Gulangyu. The pedestrian only island is surrounded by beach and palm trees, accessed by a short ferry ride from the mainland city of Xiamen. A collection of antique microscopes and modern optical equipment allow hotel guests and visitors to explore the world around them beyond what is visible to the human eye.
